- We kick off with a mini DISC self-assessment so each participant sees their natural communication style.
- Then we guide the group through 4 bite-sized, interactive modules that combine storytelling, quizzes, games, and real-work reflection.
- The program strikes the right balance between self-awareness and real-world application—it’s not just theory, it’s about action.
