Braver Strides specializes in providing services for team-building, CSR activities, and event management. Our services may include delivery by our team or coordination with third-party providers for:

  1. Venue Procurement: This may include venur rentals or hotel meeting packages tailored to client requirements.
  2. Catering: Arranged with third-party vendors based on dietary preferences or themes.
  3. Addtional Support: This includes third-party talents, manpower, or specialised items as required by the event design. All arrangements made with third party vendors are prepaid by the Company and reflected in the client’s invoice.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5 Code of Conduct

Participant Behaviour:

  • All participants are ex pected to adhere to event rules and respect facilitators, stff, and fellow participants.
  • Any behaviour deemed disruptive, abusive,or inappropriate by our staff will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

Clients’ Responsibilites:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring participants are aware of the Code of Conduct. Any resulting damaged caused by participants will be billed to the client.

6 Liability and Disclaimers

General Liability: We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damaged sustained by participants during events, except where caused by gross negligence on the part of our staff. Examples of gross negligence include the use of faulty equipment knowingly provided by us.

Disclosure of Needs: Clients must disclose any medica, dietary,  or logistical needs for participants upon event confirmation. Failure to do so in time may result in the inability to accommodate such needs, for which we will not be held liable.

Weather Constraints: For outdoor events, weather-related disruoptions may require modifications or alternative activities. We will make every effort to adapt; however, additional costs for alternate arrangements (Plan B) may apply.

7 Access and Use of the Website

  • You may link to our home page fairly and legally.

  • Do not suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist.

  • Do not frame our website on another site.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website.
