    post-event unless otherwise required by law.

  4. Client Rights: Clients may request access, updates, or deletion of their data by contacting the Company.
    Clients will also be notified of any significant changes to the data privacy policy. Requests will be processed within 14 business days.

2. Use of Photos and Event Media

  1. Media Usage:
    • The Company may take photos and videos during events for marketing, internal documentation, or social media purposes.
  2. Client Opt-Out:
    • Clients must inform the Company in writing at least 48 hours before the event if they do not consent to the use of participant images. Failure to notify the Company will be considered consent.

3 Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership:
    • All event materials, designs, methodologies, and concepts created by Braver Strides are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
  2. Prohibited Use:
    • Clients and participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for purposes outside the event without prior written consent.

4 Registration and Use of PII

Registration is not required to use or access this website. If you register and provide personally identifiable information for our email subscription, be assured that this information will not be shared with any third-party organisation except with your express consent.

Visitors to our website may also opt-in to receive communications from us, such as newsletters and product promotions. If you provide your email address and name for this purpose, your information will not be shared with third-party organizations except with your express consent.
