Cancellation and Refund Policy

1 Cancellation Policy
At Braver Strides, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your participation in any of our programs or events, please review the following cancellation policy.
1.1 Cancellation/ Rescheduling Requests
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to joey@braverstrides.com at least 10 days prior to the scheduled program or event start date. Please include your full name, contact information, and program/event details in your cancellation request.
All cancellation requests received within the following specified cancellation period will be eligible for different percentage of refund, minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellation requests received after the deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
- Up to 10 Working Days Prior to Event: Full refund of the event payment.
- Up to 5 Working Days Prior to Event: 50% refund of the event payment.
- Less Than 5 Working Days Prior to Event: No refund.
1.2 Headcount Reduction
- Up to 5 Working Days Prior to Event: Full refund for the reduced headcount.
- Less Than 5 Working Days Prior to Event: No refund for the reduced headcount.
1.3 Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other uncontrollable circumstances, the event may be rescheduled, and all payments made will be credited toward a future event. Clients may be required to provide supporting documentation to qualify for rescheduling. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
2 Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best possible experience for our participants. If you are not completely satisfied with our program or event, please review our refund policy.
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
The program or event is canceled by Braver Strides.
You have submitted a valid cancellation request within the specified cancellation period (under clause 1.1 above)
Your refund request meets the criteria outlined in our cancellation and refund policy. (under clause 1 above)
2.2 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days from the date of approval. Refund amounts may be subject to processing fees, as specified in the program or event registration terms.
2.3 Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees, such as processing fees, venues and F&B fees or administrative charges, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the program or event terms.
