Our pricing structure is designed to be flexible, with options starting at just RM75+ per person. This ensures that you can find an activity that not only aligns with your budget but also delivers a memorable and engaging experience for your team.

We proudly support NGOs through our Braver Strides Giveback Program and offer exclusive discounts to eligible organisations. As a qualifying NGO, you can benefit from subsidised or free team building sessions with us.

Refunds and Cancell-ations
Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate your needs. We understand that plans can change. Please refer to the individual activity or event’s cancellation policy provided during the booking process. We strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible. Our refund policy varies depending on the activity or the size of your event. Please review the specific refund policy provided during the booking or registration process. We aim to provide fair and reasonable refund options to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
Safety Concerns
Your safety is our top priority. We implement a range of safety measures, including trained instructors, appropriate safety gear, and adherence to industry best practices. Most of our host and facilitators are also first-aid and CPR certified. Specific safety details for each activity or event can be found on our website or provided upon request.
Some activities may have age limits or specific requirements for participation due to safety or logistical reasons. Please contact our team for information regarding age limits, skill levels, or any other requirements.

Giveback Program
The “Braver Strides Giveback Program” is our corporate social responsibility initiative aimed at providing subsidised or free team-building sessions to local Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Malaysia.
To apply, simply fill out the application form on our website on our Giveback Program page. Our team will review your submission and get in touch to discuss the details.
We welcome registered NPOs and NGOs based in Malaysia. While priority is given to organisations with mission alignment, such as female empowerment, female safety, and mental health. While organisations with mission alignment with ours are given priority, we strongly encourage all organisation with other mission focuses to apply too.
Our giveback program is built on the basis of mutual trust and “pay what you can”. The subsidy percentage varies and is determined by our team based on mission alignment and available resources. Subsidies can range from 25% to 100% of our team-building offerings.
As the subsidisation only covers the team building activity, material and man-power costs, organisations are encouraged to source and provide the venue for the team-building session, as well as covering any additional expenses like venue costs and F&B.
However, if your organisation is unable to cover the venue cost, Braver Strides will work closely with you to find an optimal solution!
While there’s no strict deadline, we recommend applying at least one month before your desired event date to ensure proper planning and coordination. We practice the same time-line for our regular corporate clients, so rest assured that what you are getting through our Giveback Program is completely on par with our regular sessions! We put our heart into every single session that we deliver!
We offer a variety of team-building activities and experiences suitable for different group sizes and objectives. Our team will work with you to select the most appropriate session for your organization.
With every single full-price paying client that we receives, part of the revenue goes towards the funding for this subsidised program on top of Braver Strides’ internal CSR initiative funding.
What can accepted NGO and NPO do to help is to share the good news with friends and family! While we genuinely appreciate your feedback and reviews on Google or Facebook, there’s no obligation for participating organisations to leave reviews.
Participating organisations not only enjoy subsidised or free team-building sessions but also have the opportunity to foster team bonding, leadership, and collaboration among their members, which can positively impact their mission.
